All products covered by this policy are digital downloads. No physical parcel is shipped, and no physical return is required.

After successful payment and any necessary processing, follow the access instructions supplied for your order. The product page identifies the files or digital access included. Please use a valid email address and check your order confirmation and spam folder if an expected message is missing.

You may need software to open PDF or ZIP files, or additional tools and accounts stated on the product page. Materials, printing, third-party subscriptions, and other separately purchased requirements are not included unless expressly stated.

If you cannot access your purchase, contact support@peekcraft.com with your order number. We will help identify and resolve the delivery issue. Keep a backup of your downloaded files.
