How to play

For two players, no separate Game Master. Start with Mira Vale and Elias Reed or bring two level-3 heroes. This is Verdant Depths Episode 2, with a complete fresh-start route; earlier episodes are not required for that route and are not included. Read START_HERE.txt, share narration and follow the fixed turn order. Allow 3-4 hours as a planning estimate.

Good to know

• Bring dice, notes and a 5E rules reference; the core rulebook is not included. Characters advance to level 4 after this episode.
• Static PDFs and JPEGs, not fillable forms or a native VTT module. Optional A4/US Letter printing with Fit to page; calibrate map images before tactical use.
