Homestead References — Reading & Planning Companion

Compare historical homestead references with their objects, views and measurement scopes kept clear. This English reading and planning companion follows a defined set of 25 NDSU-hosted reference IDs across storage, smokehouses, outdoor cooking, hive equipment and historical shelters. The complete originals are free; official source access and exact PDF-address instructions are inside.

What's inside

A 24-page English US Letter PDF and START_HERE.txt in one ZIP. A complete 25-ID inventory maps 30 original sheets. Original comparison notes, three worked reading examples and four reusable manual records cover source counts, sheet-area scope, stock units, components and enquiries. No original drawing sheet is included.

How to use

Download the complete selected sources using page 2, then trace the named objects, alternatives, view labels and units. Follow the examples and print or annotate the static records. Use a PDF reader, calculator and ordinary notes. Five reference IDs—5695, 5957, 6020, 6022 and 6261—also underpin separate Peek Craft companions; this cross-category workbook does not reproduce their paid chapters or examples.

Good to know

This is a planning workbook, not construction drawings or an engineer-approved design; check local codes and permits before building. It supplies no construction or operating sequence, current material order, project budget, protective rating, food-processing protocol or animal-use approval. The cover illustrates a blank notebook. For personal or internal planning use; do not publicly share or resell the added workbook.

Delivery

Digital download after purchase; no physical book, building, drawing set, equipment, food, animals, tools or materials. Extract the ZIP, read START_HERE.txt and open the PDF with your usual viewer. For file help, contact support@peekcraft.com.
