Refund Policy

How PeekCraft Works

PeekCraft runs on a pay-per-verdict model. There is no subscription. You purchase a credit pack, and each new keyword verdict spends one credit. Keyword verdicts that have already been cached are always free to view again — you only spend a credit when we run a fresh lookup against Etsy's API.

Free Verdicts

Browsing the free verdict library is free for everyone. No payment is required to view those, so no refund applies.

Used Credits

Once a credit is used to generate a new keyword verdict — meaning we made a real-time call to Etsy's API on your behalf — that credit is non-refundable. This reflects the actual cost incurred to produce the result.

Unused Credit Packs

If you have not used any credits from your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction. To request a refund, email us at hello@peekcraft.com with your account email and order details.

Credit packs available for purchase:

• 10 credits — $9
• 40 credits — $25

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request:

• We will review and process your request within 3 business days
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
• It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• Any credits that have already been used to generate keyword verdicts
• Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

Credits Never Expire

Unused credits do not expire. There is no monthly billing cycle and no renewal. Your credits stay in your account until you use them.
