Refund Policy

Free Plan

PeekCraft offers a free plan with 5 daily searches across all tools. No payment is required for this plan, so no refund applies.

Paid Subscriptions

PeekCraft offers Pro and Unlimited subscription plans billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to all paid features for the duration of your billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:

  • Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after the current period ends
  • Your account automatically reverts to the free plan

Refund Eligibility

We want you to be happy with PeekCraft. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment. To request a refund, email us at hello@peekcraft.com with your account email and the reason for your request.

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request:

  • We will review and process your request within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase or renewal
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations (your access continues until the end of the billing period)

Plan Changes

If you switch from a higher plan to a lower plan (e.g., Unlimited to Pro), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain your current plan's features until then.
